With little exception, they are on par with a fully-upgraded TiC tool, except where said functionality is not useful (eg extra damage on a sword) or simply unbalanced (eg a sword doing 600 hearts).- Reika

While they do occasionally spawn, ocean temples in RTG worlds are exceedingly rare, to the point where the spawns that do happen might be sheer luck. There is no known fix for this.- Reika
