    thaumcraft is a tough one, but its a blast once you learn the ropes :D

    both are thaumcraft, the "tomb" will spawn wisps, which is what killed you, and the totems are used in advanced magic later on or for decoration (who doesnt want a creepy totem outside their house?)

    this would make villages much much more interesting and viable, nowadays the only result building home base near a village is maybe quick trading... maybe... and a large amount of dead villagers... (from seiges) these would improve the game quite a bit

    keep it stored away for a while, then use it on a diamond/iron pick, i believe you need an anvil for books EDIT: advanced diamond drill works too :)

    those are all from thaumcraft yes, except for haste, thats vanilla i think.... dont quote me XD
