In the space of one alveary I could fit 36 Industrial apiaries, and with the automation and production upgrades have no need to automate anything, just pipe out the goods. :)

You're not really being strong armed, it was a development choice. You can still use passive gen, you'll just have to keep replacing the flowers. You could even set up a system of automating the production of the flowers, and placing them. Think of it as a challenge. Botania is just one part...

The industrial apiaries are smaller and can be made into a nice compact arrangement, and are a lot less finicky then alvaries, for the cost of power. Given a choice I'd always choose the industrial apiaries and just build more of them as needed, which is what I did in my series. :)

I don't think there are any power generators that convert lava into power in this pack. HOWEVER, I think there is a round about way you could convert lava into power....

I did a bunch of tests to try and determine what was the fastest and most optimal way to get to 10/10/10 seeds. The line method, is the least resource intensive but is the longest, probably takes about twice as long or more than any other method. A 7x7 field if you start with a 1/1/1 seed on one...

You can even just start with one crop in the corner of a 7x7 plot and a even if you start it at 1/1/1 by the end of that plot it will be VERY close to 10/10/10.

I set myself the challenge of gathering all the ores without using Tinker's Construct and Finally succeeded! :)

The essentia crystalizer will turn whatever essentia you have below it into crystal form. If you want to break essentia down into it's component parts then you'll have to send it through an alchemical centrifuge.

This also can work when you run out of a basic aspect you can put crystal clusters near your research table and you will slowly (VERY SLOWLY) gain a point or two when you run out. But it can help out. The best plan is a deconstruction table, and continue scanning all the things. :)

You can get all of the aspects from the base mobs (Skeletons/Zombies/Angry Zombies/Endermen) but you might have to grind them for a bit.

When you say you ran out of ordo? Do you mean ordo to complete research? Or Ordo in your wand? You should be able to tell Thermal "Dynamic" pipes to either use or ignore redstone signals.
