What. Unenchanted Ichorcloth Robes - the normal ones - are "only" a set of indestructable diamond armor, and that would only absorb pure physical damage. The advanced version has lava, drown and fall damage immunity, but it shouldn't - especially unenchanted - fully absorb endgame AM2 spells...
