I can't see your version of forge on the build list which is strange. Build 534 is 1.47 (the last 1.47 build released) Build 559 is 1.5 you seem to have a dev build, as its between those numbers. Try changing forge version.

I suspect if your server has been running awhile your players are just getting advanced and taxing your CPU. Servers always start without lag, but don't stay that way for long. Its this a dedicated server, VPS or off your own pc?

Finally got it sorted the fix was annoying simple, guess i was uses to things been difficult. Thanks to some help on the minecraft forum from Hegemon. Fix: I deleted the forestry config, which fixed the issues. I then uploaded a backup of an old forestry config.
