you might want to open your server up script and allocate more ram then, probably on 1 or 2Gb. If that doesn't work let us know.

at you using tickthreading, this form time to time resets chunks if there don't load? properly. How do you know when the roll back is happening, on restarts? I think this might be a MCPC issue, may be worth posting it on their forum. More likely to get sound advice.
