Update. I got into AOBD.cfg, and turned all RotaryCraft=true to false, and that seems to have fixed it. I don't know if I broke anything else by doing that. Extractor is working fine now, although I have to say its GUI animation is extremely choppy and non-fluid.

Bah never mind. Found the problem. ProjectRed Lamps. Even if they're off, and F7 shows red crosses all over, they're never really off. I removed the lamps and all hell broke lose with spawning stuff.
