Crystal Clusters will fix the vis problem. I don't really know what the vis usage of the frames is, but I bet if you had 1 Crystal Cluster for each frame, that would be sufficient. EDIT: I accounted or the 50% chance of uranium/comb in my calculations. No need for an additional one.

iirc forestry frames stop boosting production rates at 1000% (4 frames will more than cap it). Frames from Thaumic Bees (Mindcrack is a 1.4 pack, so not Magic Bees yet) require vis to operate. With that many running, I wouldn't be surprised if you depleted your aura pretty severely and that cut...

Since it's causing a crash, I'd go ahead and cheat in an "Effect Cancelation" serum from Extra Bees. Run your bees through an innoculator with that and it'll get rid of the effect.

You can get tons of the stuff if you have the appropriate bees. You'll need soulful wax, which comes from bees pretty far down the line (spirit and soul bees to be precise). Once you've got the bees, however, you're more or less set. Does DW20 have Reliquary? I seem to recall you can turn...

You only need to analyze vanilla saplings to convert them to forestry saplings. After that the saplings will work just fine without analysis. Sengir also took pity on us, so if a mutation occurs the resultant sapling will be a purebred automatically - no need to hunt around for hybrids like you...

There's a ton on the CC forums. AustinKK's OreQuarry is great (grab a link from later in the thread, I don't think the program in the OP is updated), and I'm a huge fan of the various swarm quarries.

If it's done by trophy points like most other titles, I'd assume you'd get it with either 250 likes or 1k messages (they're worth the same number of points). There aren't many trophies to choose from once you've hit Active, anyway.

    1) If you mean the warding focus, it can be applied to most blocks. However, I don't believe it works on tile entities. 2) The wither will take damage regardless of your distance from him, however, he does regen fairly quickly. This fact is sometimes exploited in vanilla to make tree farms and...

It's an entirely viable way to vaporize your base. Ice as a cooling mechanism was ditched quite a while ago. You can theoretically do something similar with lapis/redstone now, but it's not really worth it. Although it doesn't have much in the way of designs that capitalize on the additions...

Easy: pressure plate => redstone => piston with redstone block on it => when extended the redstone block powers the rest of your redstone. There's plenty of other ways to accomplish the same thing, but this was the easiest one to write out.

Lets See Some Bases! Give Us a Tour!

I built things as needed, that's part of why everything's so spread out. That also encouraged me to put in some visual filler like shrubs or water features rather than having everything laid out really strictly, which I think worked out pretty well. I did, however, decide to build my base there...

Lets See Some Bases! Give Us a Tour!

So, the other day I finally bred my last bee for Unleashed (had to wait for Easter), and figured that was probably the absolute last thing I was ever going to do with my Unleashed world, so I might as well post some pictures. My base got pretty big after a while (the ring wall around my base...

Witch farms are great for redstone, glowstone, and gunpowder. If you're unlucky, it may take a while to find a witch. Fortunately, with MFR systems you only ever need to find 1.

As far as I'm aware, there isn't an automatic solution to this. Have a convenient trash can/recycler/whatever and just dump your stuff frequently. You could theoretically do something with ComputerCraft, but I seriously doubt it'd be worth the time. Give us an Arborist's pipe already Sengir.

Ask a simple question, get a simple answer

Let's be honest here, how many people actually do bees the fully random way? I rush for industrious+imperial then do the majority of my breeding via alveary. There's still a little luck involved even with a mutator, but it's unlikely to take more than two breeding cycles unless you're doing...

I haven't gone that deep into Magic Bees in 1.6, but I would assume those bees only work with the TC3 nodes. All of the Thaumcraft stuff in Magic Bees seems geared towards TC3 anyway.

If you boost production rates beyond 1600% (4 production-enhancing frames) or mutation chance beyond 1000% (single mutator with uranium), your bees maybe become ignoble. At least, those were the rules in 1.5 and I haven't ever tried exceeding them in 1.6.

What does YOUR Power Room look like?

Unleashed includes IC2 Nuclear Control, which includes a heat monitor that can be configured to shut off your reactor at a set temperature. It also provides some neat screen things that look infinitely better than ComputerCraft monitors and can easily be set up to give you reactor info, energy...

If you want to kill endermen, I believe it takes 43 blocks. Most other things take 23. Spiders are a little less (19?), but you might as well add a few extra blocks and let your farm handle zombies, skeletons, and creepers as well.
