You can modify the program to boot on startup. Create a GPS system, so no matter where the turtle was, it will go back to it's designated spot and then begin the program.

The need for the pump perplexes me. As you can see, the biofuel reactor pumps out the fuel by itself into a tank. A pump is designed for use in pumping world gen liquids, and that is it.

Apple trees? I have a small orchard of them, and they supply more than enough apples for me. The leaves work like berry bushes, so they always replenish themselves.

What pack are you on? Why do you need to pump the biofuel from the ground? Did you take it out of the reactor and place it in the world? Waterproof pipes should automatically pull from the reactor without need of wooden ones or power. Can we have pictures?

Making a soulshard for slimes would be your best bet. Try finding a chunk they spawn in, and go to town.

What version of FTB? I just kill a metric ton of slimes by finding the chunks they spawn in. In 152ngt, I kill blue slimes due to their plentiful nature, which you can substitute in many recipes.

I'd recommend only supplying it with a very small amount of power, as it is an energy hog for me. As soon as the internal buffer has any space, it collects a bucket but only fills up the buffer the few mB that was missing. I assume you are going to be using it with Force engines, correct?

I build a 9x9 out of wood, get food and a manual tree farm up before mining, get a grinder for ore doubling, and then start making TE machines using a hobbyist steam engine fed by a factorization steam boiler/mirror setup.

I currently have two Hobbyist steam engines power my ore processing and my milk farm using the solar boiler method. The milk then gets fed into my force engines, which are on a loop with a lava fab (almost full!). I plan on making myself another couple of force engines to run off of MFR biofuel...

As a side note, each mirror provides around .2 MJ/t worth of steam, so prepare to spend all your silver to power a Hobbyist steam engine. 80 Silver to run at max speed.
