For the most part, the stuff you pull out of an apiary/alveary won't be specific. Most setups pull everything out at once and store into the system to be dealt with later.

Overall, DW20's loadout is very good for medium range combat, which helps quite a bit against bosses like Naga and Hydra. I would use a sword at closer ranges if one can due to swing speed being much quicker than a drawing a bow.

I would make an MFR oak tree farm and just pipe the excess stuff into recyclers. Simple, and some wood can be diverted to produce power for the machine to run. It is a bit quicker than igneous extruders, I think.

If you look at the first page of the tree analyzer, the yield says it is the lowest. I have not worked with trees before, but I imagine there to be a machine you can use to change the genetics like you can with bees.
