    well not that harmless, it really sucks CPU and I/O Power, nearly every Error/warning is bad and should be tried to avoid. BTT: Its a IC2 bug you have to manually update to a recent IC2 build to fix it

    HaoSs your quite wrong but right at the same time. @UgLouge you should take a look at multithreading, its here in the admin area. Its still WIP but it might help you. Not only can the CPU be the bottleneck, every player needs a ton of uplink and downlink. Especially with RP2 and Mystcraft.

    Its not nallar causing them and i think nallar dont has access/permission to change IC2 or Advanced machines. Its a known bug aswell and got fixed (read that somewhere, i think u need to update IC2 and forge). Just use our little friend google and you'll find something.

    Its not very good that you grep java with hardcoded parameters. Not every Server has exactly the parameter you are using...

    @gustav9797 Thats the kind of lag we're getting atm too. More testing is needed to determine if we deinstall tickthreading again. Or maybe that option Puremin0rez is talking about with saveoff.

    I think the recommended start parameter has to be refined, before i was on my old parameter with tickthreading and that was flawless, except the ocassional out of memory... well and the other 3 crashes ^^ And btw, threres a typo in it... Change this -XX:useSSE=3 to this -XX:UseSSE=3

    To be hones, this tickthreading is wierd. With the new parameter and Tickthreading installed no crashes so far but it runs on 100% CPU nearly all the time and now theres often a block-lag/chest-open delay. With the old parameter and without Tickthreading it ran on ~50% CPU and no blocklag at...

    Well then it was the Tickthreading that caused sooo much problems... f.e. Exception in server tick, out of memory(still had ~300 mb free -.-") stuff like that, will pm you tomorow with some logs so you might figure it out... For now i sadly had to switch back to v6 without the Tickthreading.

    Well i noticed that everytime we get a lag there is a [WARNING] [Minecraft] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Message. Does that help in any way ?

    Making a new server is no option. It shouldnt lag that way. And you can adjust the Filter settings in launcher to Server version only. In the console is the full link. Just "wget" that link on your server.
