    First I had it at 1 ram and I was at 1 fps all the time. Then I moved it to 4 and i got frame drops every 10 sec. Then I moved it to 7 and now it's doing the crashes every so often. I only have 8 ram on my computer so I can put it any higher.

    Yes I have the latest version of Java and I have 7 ram allocated for the ftb launcher.

    I looked through entity problems and I didn't see any. When the fps problems started I was usually just stand around in my base.     my pack keeps randomly going to 4 fps after playing for about 20 minutes. The log says [Server thread/INFO] [FML]: The state engine was in incorrect state SERVER_STOPPING and forced into state SERVER_STOPPED. Errors may have been discarded. Anyone know how I could fix this.
