Mind adding applied energetics to your spreadsheet? http://ae-mod.info/ says " It may be included in any modpack with other mods, as long as it does not attempt to make money off The Owner's Mods." So Basically it sounds good to go, plus its probably somewhere in permissions thread too seeing as it made its way into the ultimate pack.

To my knowledge, NEI plugins does not have a license, nor is it open source.
