ahh okay doke where would I go to report the problem then? the mcpc website or is it an IC2 problem?

Here's the thing: The IC2 team already told the MCPC team about it. They're both blaming each other for it and nobody's coming out with a solution. Since IC2's totally wrapped on producing 1.5.2 development, I don't see them being the ones to fix it, either.

And now you see why we don't provide official MCPC support, unfortunately.

oh... well that sucks :L mcpc has caused us a lot of problems :/ is there anything you would recommend to use instead?

That's going to depend a lot on what plugins you use MCPC for. ForgeEssentials and other projects have been working towards providing a Forge-friendly ecosystem of plugin-like mods that do that work, but they still lack in some categories.
