iv'e found two possible servers this one: http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/loading-gamers-ftb-server-ultimate-modpack.17199/ which has mytown minimal banned items and seems mostly lag free it has 20 slots and has /tpa as well
and this one: http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/3dx-ftb-ultimate-v1-0-1-servival-worldguard-griefprevention.16911/ which has griefprevention a ton of slots no reall banned items (the server is currently in a type of beta) and 200 slots both have /home and /spawn
I think the server that has 20 slots is better cause less chance to get griefed and it has mystcraft my favorite mod.
could you possibly write around which hours in which timezone it's likeley you might be playing cause i just came back from school an hour ago
