I looked at the hydration quest it wants me to put snow blocks in a anvil and smash them put how do I do that

Figured out what anvil I need but how am I supposed to get a black Smith anvil before my thirst meter drains

Nvm am done playing with this mod pack I liked it before the Last update but now it's just very annoying to get the water I need so yea was a good mod pack until now
