Nope. Not even close. Theres a direct correlation between ban lists and whitelists that I found - the harder it is to get on the server \the less players it has - the less items are on its ban list. Problem is: it's hard to track down a low population server.

Yea, the problem is that we're looking for a server that has a close-networked group, but then those are the people who aren't necessarily looking to add more people.
