Forestry conflicting with other mods (Especially IC2)

Hello all, I'm trying to make a modded server for me and my friends. I am not using any packs I am hand picking mods one by one for it. However, when I try to install Forestry in my server, it loads up fine and everything, but some ores and some blocks are just straight up replaced my forestry blocks. I know this is due to conflicting Block ID's but can anyone tell me how to fix this? I love forestry as a mod and would love to have it in the server.

So my first question to you would be does this happen on a new save when create the save with Forestry? Block IDs really don't exist anymore except in the world save which has some type of translation based on mod load order of this block ID = <mod:block>.
