You could install a plugin into your server temporarily or maybe permanently by the sounds of the server players :P that allows you to clear all entities. I know essentials has /killall but essentials might be too much just to be able to clear some mobs. Sorry i cannot help further but i don't...

Yeah i love the TiC chisel but the gold bricks don't go with the rest because they have a brick pattern rather than the paved pattern i am going for on Lord Buzzington
