    when you craft the heat vent, its gets charged, so it changes it id so you can't craft... http://imgur.com/RpqwX2U from 4228 to 4228:1 NEI shows it's possible, but you can't. Using creative mode you can get different results. -- edit -- 1st - Correcting words. 2nd - Adding info.
