You should try a mod called "The Betweenlands" if you liked Twilight. That mod is dead as far as I remember and the Betweenlands is a very closely spirited mod. It actually just recently got its 1.10 port too!

Perhaps necro but I googled draconic evolution armor tweaking and this came up so I investigated it only to find a co-worker of staff in a network I am staff in. It was just funny to see a post by him because I didn't expect to see he made this post.

Haha you need to allocate more RAM to your modpack, my friend! Look under the options tab in the launcher and change the max RAM meter anywhere above 3072 MB's (or more if your computer has a hefty RAM amount.) Good luck! ;)
