    I have figured it out, on my computer under setting, gaming, the record game clips, screenshots, and broadcast using Game bar was on. I have turned it off and I can now cycle through the setting of the top slot on Thermal machines.

    On the Thermal Expansion machines when in full screen, and my video setting is set to GUI Scale: Auto (0) I can not change the top slot of any machine. Does the same thing set as GUI Scale: Large (3).
