    Is project red as good as red power 2?

    I've been wondering if the project red mod (it's meant to be red power's replacement) includes all of the features that red power 2 does, or if there's anything missing. What are some of the missing features?

    Request Logistic pipes replacement

    I tried using the logistics pipes add-on for buildcraft, but for my first try, it was incredibly lagging and for my second try, Minecraft didn't even launch. Is there a mod that would replace the request pipe from it or is it just impossible to get without the logistics pipes?
