support for norwegian language pack.
after maybe a month trying to figure out how to add norwegian language pack to the FTB launcher on github, giving the files to varius moderators and admins on IRC chat. even to slowpoke himself. i am now posting this. Here is the link to the download for the language file...- Sonycc
