Any word on this DW20 pack updating? 1.0.2 is still not recommended and doesn't work for several people.

I tried installing this from the launcher on the DW20 1.7 modpack and it didn't install. Is the version on the launcher an older version?

Is this something that has to be installed client side by all users?
