ah i deleted the world folder, downloaded the additional files (the one with the folder called 'overrides') and then started the server again and boom there's a void world.

Yes it worked! thx! skyfactory3 is starting with a defaultmap though instead of a skyblock one :/ guess i have to find a map manually
