is there anyway to keep a current world when changing from (for example) BetaA to Mindcrack?

I don't know if its just me being silly, but the ftb screen wouldn't recognize the commands when I put them into the ftb screen directly. Commands such as 'whitelist' and 'stop'. The backup script is working beautifully but the way. In the end I just ran the backup and killed the screen itself...
