I recommend larger capacitors where possible on weapons if you decide to play on a pack with hardcore ender expansion (or similar grueling dungeon mods). The louse dungeons work through colossal amounts of RF in the 32x spawner rooms. A strong capacitor on a tool also makes it last a lot longer...
