Alright, I'll look into sub networks a bit more then. I'm not too familiar with AE2 yet. The controller is all 1 controller, though. It's connected in the center. I just like to have it entirely wireless. That and it looks cool :P

It's ftb version 1.50

I changed my setup a bit and now it's working. The tesseract is set to receive power and send items. Also the output of the energy cell is towards the quarry. P.s. Also running version 1.50, maybe that helps?

Do ender chests also transport across dimensions?

I'm having the same bug. I'm trying to transport items via tesseracts, adjacent to a tesseract I have the ender quarry. It does mine, but the items go no where, while the power does transfer.. I'm going to downgrade my version real quick, maybe that could work

Okay I just made another tesseract and tried it with that. Somehow it works now... I'm confused..
