Hey there i have been playing a lot of modded minecraft and looked at your modlist. I'm actually really hyped for this modpack... (dont know if its public but if it is plz tell me name and expected release date cuz i would love to play it) I think that in addition to the Tinkers construct stuff...

try breaking everything and replacing it in this order Mana pool, Mana Spreader, Mana Source. if that does not fix it you can try using the wand of the forest to double check everything (you might have to link you flowers to the spreader) but i dont really know what else to tell you man. Good...
