    You need to look to the mass(numbers) of each element. For example Iron Fe(26). Fe (26)+ Fe(26)= Te(52). You need to combine elements in Fussion Reactor to get pixleniumn mass (115)

    The best way is using fussion reactor and Red Matter(500), 1 red matter give you 256 theobromine, also you can use Condensed Matter(125) but this only give you 40 theobromine.     I just make some tests with cache and it work for me, i can pull and push items, and also i can make a autocrafting system using 9 caches,1 crafting table and 1 transfer node with world interaction upgrade...

    How do you want to decompose carbon, to atoms)? You need to use fluid transposer to fill empty tubs. I found a bug in Lost in Time, Pomegranate wool quest dont detect wool from Keebys Idea Machine because it have incorrect name "Pomegranate" only without wool. Sorry for my bad english:(
