Update! I managed to find another "really big" tooltip to test with. This also occurs with "Impossibly hard wheat sticks" from Tinkers Construct. Same deal. When viewed with an EnderIO GUI open, the tooltip fails to wordwrap and will extend off the left edge of the screen.
