I need help with something but I am not sure how to phrase it in question form... I am trying to get the players of my server to download a Resources Pack and have it automatically install to their "..\FeedTheBeast\direwolf20_17\minecraft\resourcepacks" folder directory ... But every time I run...

I've started to assemble my modpack, I've gotten about 4 mods done and am on the 5th when I have run into a bit of a confusing point... I would "ASSUME" that Forge is back-compatible with the previous builds, but I must ask this question because in modpack-making you can never "assume"...

I cant possibly know every recipe of every mod i want on the server ... what do you mean "if anything looks odd"

Thank you to everyone who contributed information to me.. I have read each reply and will take it all into account ... Yes, my modpack is War overall but with a little magic thrown in for the players who like that stuff... But, my main focus is guns, planes, and cool electronics and such.. :)...

Do you mean just figuring out what you want out of each mod's config -- Like, certain stuff enabled/disabled?

Hey, i tried to install something like that (ChristmasCraft 2.1.0) to my FTB Unleashed (1.1.6) server and it gave me this error.. X.x Crash-Report: (open spoiler)

Wow! I did some testing around with the game while watching my Terminal .... Its the damn NETHER causing all my problems!! I would go into the portal and i'd get 4 "reading entity" lines while i was standing in one spot.... Then when i'd exit, the console would start its' spam! Well, i'm glad...

System OS : Linux Mint Server Version of MineCraft: 1.5.2 Server FTB Version: Unleashed 1.1.6 with almost all mods, except DeathTimerBeta, NetherOres, and Vending Dates of occurances: 11/15/13 and 11/16/13 (possibly more) I dont know what is causing this error.... that's why i am here...
