You'll need to break the nether portal - nether side and get someone to come through via your overworld portal. That way it'll generate a portal linked to that gate in the correct place. Then you'll have to trek across the nether to your actual portal. If I remember correctly, Mystcraft comes...

Yeah if you use a unlit rune to block the path so the link only goes where you want. As long as you get all the nodes lit, you'll be good!

It is solvable! You're bypassing one of the nodes at the top right. Move the rune that's bypassing it away or block it with another non-activated rune. You don't have to use all the runes, you just have to activate all the nodes. EDIT: Change in response to above post changing EDIT 2: 3...

Probably the overlay from NEI. I pressed '0' on the numpad to disable it. You should also be able to disable it from the NEI options menu from the inventory. Hope that helps!

That's not quite right. The thaumium modifier increase does increase with number of thaumic parts, but like this: 112233 If you actually manage to get a tool with 5 thaumic parts you get 3 extra modifiers. A tool with 3 thaumic parts and 1 paper would also have 3 extra modifiers. *kicks mic*

I quite like the ExtraUtils ones. Especially the glowstone glass which emits light. AE also has similar glass with the quartz glass, but I always found hunting for enough quartz to get that and get the AE system running and upgraded a slight pain.

Aha! Those are the better ones, I knew there was something better. I agree with MrJeff. You'll still need to set up the unloader to emit a signal when it's empty, but those are the better tracks.

http://railcraft.wikispaces.com/Holding+Track+%28Track%29 If you set the loader up to emit a signal when the chest cart is empty, these tracks will hold the train/cart for you. Gimme a shout if you need some more info.
