OK,so,you can install a Pneumatic servo on them,which allows you to further control them. Just right click with an empty hand and there are lots of configurable options under the tabs,one being the fucntioning without the RS signal,or setting the signal to disabled

Is it possible to add a new uu matter recipe to ftb ultimate? I want to be able to make AE quartz ore blocks cause they are a pain to be mined,and i already have excess UU.
