Problem was solved, thank for all the posts, turns it was due to internet related problems, found out of doing /tps and realizing the that server itself was fine but upload speeds weren't sufficient enough.

Only having a small problem, with storage drawers I'm only able to input items into them by pre-setting the pipe to put said items in, is there any possible way to make items be put into appropriate drawers without this, as well as put completely new items in without having to config the system...

Moving the spawn via /setspawn command will move the claim chunks with it, also if you plan on setting up a public server I suggest setting the amount of FTBU chunks that players can claim to a lesser amount (50 is a bit much imo, have it set to 0 personally.)
