More to the point there has to be the version you want actually release to the public first then and forge in that version. Minecraft is only up to 1.15 right now although 1.16 should be out this year sometime.

Streamers most time stream the games they like to play and/or let the community they stream to decide what games get streamed. I don't watch his stuff but i don't know how he decides to play. However, you shouldn't base your view on that. he streamed the Minecraft stuff as part of a HCMC...

The old person they had doing the news couldn't do the news anymore. They haven't found a replacement mainly cause mostly non paid spots on the forums. They do update Twitter most times but there isn't much point post 60 times they are still working on it so they wait to update people when...

As far as I know, the team is working with their server people on the New FTB launcher to get it up and out as soon as possible. That is most likely taking up most of their time.

I don't think they realized how much it would take to get the features they want in the new launcher.

According to FTB Twitter the old launcher was updated to allow 1.14 packs. I believe the launcher should be 1.5.0 or so. If you are having problems still with the old launcher playing 1.14 pack you could check the version your launcher is at and ensure it updated.

There was a mod that posted the news in the Forums but real life stuff got in there way and I don't think they have found a replacement for them but don't quote me on that.
