I am a casual gamer and not a very social person. I tend to stick to single player and I like being able to tailor packs to better fit my own interests and play style. I have reached the point where I am comfortable in putting together my own basic packs (using mods as they are with only minor config changes). With the trend in FTB packs becoming increasingly divergent from my own interests, I feel I may actually have something to offer the community and am working on my own sky block pack that I hope to get released on Curse.

I have been using MacAisling as part of my gaming personae, both LARP and tabletop, since the mid 1980's. For the past 10 years I've been using the name (in Gaelic) Foghnan Neonach fear-cinnidh MacAisling (Thistle the Strange man-of-clan Son-of-Dream). I have recently taken to using StrangeThistle / StrangeThistle Studios as my internet persona.
