Did some more research, this is a know bug in FTB Utilities and was fixed with version 1.0.17+ https://github.com/LatvianModder/FTBUtilities/issues/58
For some reason FTB Infinity evolved still uses version 1.0.14.2

I can confirm this bug. Did some testing, it is somehow related to FTB Utilities. Disableing FTB Utilities will make the farmingstation not crash a server on harvesting any tinkers' berrybushes. Bug is not related to wether chunks are claimed or not.
