    That did nothing to solve the issue.... For some reason FTB keeps reinstalling it upon launch so it is apparently a needed file.

    I am unsure what is happening, but this is the exact crash report I keep getting. I have a Windows 8.1 4gbRAM acer computer, the latest version of Java(updated it as soon as the first crash happened) and have changed firewall and antivirus settings to ignore Java and Minecraft.
