Impossible, every dungeon has a boss room, just use your minimap, but yes sometimes you need to dig to get there so watch out for that. Another tip for you would be to kill the boss and then leave the room, but DON'T wait until the boss explodes, if his health is at 0 leave the room immediately...

It is called flower withering, it is a config option where you specify after how many ticks flowers generating free mana(daybloom, nightshade, hydrangeas) are going to dissapear. In this case it is 3 Minecraft days. Yeah @karmarcharger should write it somewhere(if it already is make it bigger)

Where did you find that beacon? Did you kill a wither already? I don't know if you actually can auto-feed yourself, unless you want to put something heavy on your mouse.
