Mostly griefing but, not all turtles, all turtles with id 1227 in them are banned

well im not looking into dedicated servers yet, currently i have shared host with only 3gb ram and it can hold 20players with almost no lag, but it just crashes sometimes :l

I'm looking for a ftb ultimate server host at Europe which can have like 20-50ppl on with no lag hopefully :p it can be a vps or shared host but no too expensive though, i can pay about 50$ on it.
