How do you make a frying pan because there seems to be no recipe?

I have fixed this problem,(now playing on my server)but everytime I use the questbook the game freezes and will not unfreeze.

And whenever I use questbook, the game crashes

For some reason every time I create a new world, the spaceship doesn't appear, any reason why?
