This is not a bug. This has been a well known thing for so long that you can't even call it an unintended cross-mod interaction, either, as I absolutely guarantee you both the TE team and RWTema are fully aware of it.

Took me 15 minutes to go remove and re-add all the mods, half at a time, and find out it's TT causing it. Your version of Thaumic Tinkerer on the launcher is outdated. Update it if you haven't already, the block walking all the time is a known bug on that version.
