I didn't start playing but I watched FunshineX's episode and I have one comment: can you please add more rewards for the bags? IDK how much you have but if there is a 21% to get any rewards already means you need more or at least spread them out better. I can guess you have one major category...

Try to be different from the regular ex nihilo start, a lot of modpacks has it and because of dirt everywhere, it is also too easy in your modpack. If you want to be evil I recommend you to make mod killing a big part of the start. Also, please add inventory tweak and more rewards for reward...

In the alpha to-do list you want to find a way of getting food in the nether: zombie flesh from zombie pigmen on drying racks to create zombie jerkey. Also, mushrooms spawn in the nether if you want to make mushroom stew, you do need the bowl but I think wood is going to be given on early stages...

Because this is probably a bug, I am going to say that the mud pickaxe has a mining level of ardite and completely skips you leveling up system.
