Ok so i tried to remove all mods exept Biomes O Plenty but it still wont work so its biomes o plenty not working does anyone know a fix?

My biomes O plenty isn't working. If i type in some of the block names they're there for example like bamboo if i type it in bamboo shows up but the biomes just don't spawn.Also Tinkers Construct is also not working very well, the brass castings only have an ingot so i have to spawn other casts in.

Yea im not whitelisted either.
