    Problem Help in using backup

    I posted prior to this in regards to be being stuck in a death glitch thing that occurred in the nether, since its a tough one and no one could help i was wondering if someone could help me understand to play or rewind my game to a prior back up ? PLEASE

    Problem i was in the nether and got a mad glitch.

    I was in the nether taking damage from some random pigman and then either a bat or wither skeleton hit me and then my hearts went all black my screen was shaking then i couldnt die, get health, break majority of blocks falling through one block and cant pick up items but i can drop. I tried...
