I seem to have figured it out... it was MagicFarms2 causing the issue. (Source) It SEEMS that the icon for MF2 was corrupted for a portion of users and caused this issue, as it stands right now I have the issue resolved. Thank you all for your time and effort :)

Yes, and I have added FTB and it's file location to the exception, deepscreening, and hardened mode exceptions

When I load up FTB it takes anywhere from one minute to five for the launcher to load up (staying at a white screen the whole time). I've had the issue before and last time adding it to my anti-virus (Avast) exceptions list fixed the issue but nothing has changed there and now the issue is...
