    You are right, I am getting this issue as well, it is pretty much unplayable. For some reason it is ONLY when I run the modpack with the FTB Launcher though, with MultiMC it runs without issue or lag, I'm going to look into why this is occurring, and if you have any ideas please let me know...

    We had Ars Magica 2 in the modpack for a long time, but then the mod author stopped development, and it was buggy at the time, so it got removed. But, I've heard its been picked up again, so I will have to look into re-adding it if it is more stable :D I LOVE ARS , so much fun!

    May I ask how much memory you are allocating to run the pack? It is definitely not a 'light' pack, and it is recommended to allocate at least 5 gigabytes of RAM. Also, the mods Optifine and Fastcraft help a ton if your memory capabilities are limited.
