I had this as well. I did have to do a couple of the genetics quests. then it opened a bunch more ones in chapter 5 that got my mechanistic rep up to the required 70. (but i was stuck on 53 mech rep, so you might be on a different version to the one I Played or somthing)

I've gotten Certus Seeds. And i've worked out how to make Certus Quarts and a charger. My problem is: how do i get power to the Charger without the resonance chamber (which i can't even find in NEI) I've tried Quartz pipes from BC and the Universal Cables from Mekanism nether will connect.
